No.: L2_V2 (Coffee Crazy Era)
Baking quantity: 300~3000g
Baking barrel: medium carbon steel (semi-hot air, thickness 3mm)
Exhaust: Inverter fan (automatic/manual)
Machine specifications: 115 cm long, 60 cm wide, 100 cm high (height does not include the silver collection bucket)
Power supply: AC110V
Ignition source: LPG
Weight: Approximately 70kg
Recommended desktop size: 90 cm long, 60 cm wide, 75 cm highThe L series coffee roasters are the earliest designed with bottom grill system.
The earliest model was Fustaer L1.5, but it was discontinued due to design and assembly issues at the time. The main products are the side-fire series such as DIY010.
The L series mainly uses stronger firepower with larger baking barrels. Due to the traditional design of the fire at the bottom of the baking barrel, the heat conduction ratio is higher and there is obvious heat storage. The efficient heat energy can complete baking in a very short time. This time, the variable frequency exhaust control system is combined with the DIY015 large and small fire control. After redesign, the baking capacity is 300~3000g. The air inlet temperature is also increased according to customer needs. The variable frequency exhaust system is also divided into manual and automatic control.
The most interesting part is probably the gas system. A set of low-fire needle valves and solenoid valves are added to control the opening and closing of the high fire by using the exhaust air temperature or the inlet air temperature. At the same time, the low fire can be used to maintain the minimum firepower. When combined with the variable frequency fan system, it can be regarded as an effective semi-automatic baking when used in baking.
L2_V2 Semi-hot air coffee roaster
The roaster control panel includes
1. Bean temperature
2. Inlet air temperature
3. Exhaust air temperature
4. Fan control (manual or automatic mode, switchable)
5. Gas pressureAll the information shown above can be exported to Artisan logs.
Use PID to monitor the exhaust pressure and fine-tune the motor.
Automatic mode: The user sets the target exhaust pressure value, and the PID automatically adjusts the motor speed.
Manual mode: The user directly controls the motor speed to achieve the preset exhaust pressure value.
